University fees and payment deadlines are determined annually by resolution of the Board of Directors.
This page contains the main useful information on fees, exemptions and reductions.
The Courses and the contribution fees for the 2026/2027 academic year are detailed in Point 5 of the Resolution of the Board of Directors of 14 May 2026.
📌 Thanks to the fee calculation simulator (currently being updated for the 2026/2027 academic year), you can get an estimate of the cost based on your degree programme, years of enrolment at the University, and academic merit achieved.
Payment of the university contribution fee for the 2026/2027 academic year is determined as a single, comprehensive amount per academic year and divided into instalments. The due dates vary depending on the degree programme and year of study, and are shown in the table below.
Students enrolling in the first year of their programme for the 2026/2027 academic year must pay the fixed fee items (€159.67) at the time of enrolment; any all-inclusive contribution fee due will be spread across the subsequent instalments.
Students enrolled in years after the first can view their fee status on their personal Esse3 page, under the "Tasse" (Fees) section.
The division into 4 instalments applies to students who are not entitled to a No Tax Area exemption or a reduced university contribution fee. In the case of NO TAX AREA status or a REDUCED UNIVERSITY CONTRIBUTION FEE, the number of instalments may be only one (NO TAX AREA) or fewer than 4 (REDUCED UNIVERSITY CONTRIBUTION FEE).

Notes
(*) For students intending to enrol in the first year of Degree Programmes for which the University has resolved to apply a restricted/controlled admission process (numero programmato), the late payment surcharge will, where applicable, only apply starting from the second instalment. This is because, in compliance with the deadlines set out in the calls for admission to programmes with restricted access, late payment of the first instalment generally results in exclusion from the possibility of enrolling in the programme.
The payment of instalments relating to university fees and contributions is made through the pagoPa circuit.
