It is a collegiate body representing the technical-administrative staff) (art. 20 of the University Statute). It has advisory and propositional functions regarding the administrative organization of the University and matters concerning technical-administrative personnel, in compliance with the sphere of autonomy and responsibility that the Law and these Articles of Association attribute toor the General Manager and the Board of Directors.
The composition of the CPTA must adequately represent the staff of the central structure and decentralised structures, as well as organisational and professional differentiations. At least one third of its components must belong to one of the two locations. The Consultation lasts three years and is appointed with Dthe Rector's secret.
