The University Technology Transfer Commission, pursuant to Articles 3 and 4 of the Regulations on New Entrepreneurship and Ownership, Management and Enhancement of the Intellectual Property of the Unive Research Resultsof the Studies of Modena and Reggio Emilia, carries out an advisory function in favour of the Board of Directors regarding the establishment and management of spinoffs and the enhancement of the results of the research carried out at the University.
